Thank you for registering your Family Site. A staff member will review your registration and contact you about
activation of your Family Site within the next business day (M-F 8AM-6PM EST). In the meantime, you are free to
set up your profile, begin to add events and products, as well as photos. For complete instructions on creating

provide an online library of Fundraising Tools for your reference, which are available via this link:
FUNDRAISING TOOLS. It is not a requirement to
fundraise to have a Family Site. You may use this free service provided by ALS TDI to share your story about your
experience with ALS and/or link and promote the efforts of your family members or friends. For more information,
